Returns

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.


To be eligible:

  •  Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, fresh fruits, flowers)
  •  Gift cards
  •  Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary items

Partial Refunds

  •  Items returned after 7 days may be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you regarding approval or rejection.
  •    If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank (refunds can take time to process).

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged.

Gifts

  •   If marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.

  •  If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • If your return is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
