the only thing which is important is the taste of the oil!
it has to be less then 12 month in the dark bottle.
It has to be from the same region cold presst and 100% pur and not mixed with other oils like Monini for instant.
It has to taste a bit bitter and spicy. for getting to FULL benefit out of this or any other Oliveoil.
Sofar the best at Luxe although a higher price LKr 115'40 for 500ml :)
But as always when driving a small car you can't expect the perfomance of a Ferrari
