The production of Organic Oil by Olearia Clemente comes from the uncontaminated hilly and rocky landscape of the Gargano National Park, (which extends for about 400 ha) in a place where the olive groves were born spontaneously, as is evident from the irregular arrangement of the plants. Oil with high organoleptic characteristics, obtained from a perfect balance of olives and flavors coming from a territory that has always been uncontaminated, enhances decidedly wild flavors and aromas.
