Matcha Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 200g ladyfinger biscuits
  • Matcha powder (for dusting)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Matcha Cream:

Whisk mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder until smooth.

  1. Soak the Biscuits:

Dip each ladyfinger biscuits into matcha for 1-2 seconds, then arrange in a dish.

  1. Assemble:

Layer the soaked biscuits with the matcha cream. Repeat layers, finishing with cream.

  1. Chill:

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  1. Serve:

Dust with matcha powder before serving.
