N'DUJA
Nduja is a specialty of the Calabrian tradition. It is a soft mixture of pork flavoured with hot pepper and naturally smoked with beech wood. You can simply spread it on bread, or bruschetta, or you can use it on pizza or as an ingredient for delicious sauces. It is one of the most sought after typical Calabrian cured meats.
