Spanish Manchego from Spain
Buon Appetito Manchego is a classic cheese from pure manchego sheep's milk, matured for approximately 6 months for a firm texture and fully developed flavour. This is brought to you from La Mancha region in Spain. Crumbly in texture while acquiring a butterscotch colour. Sweet aftertaste of this cheese makes it best paired with sherry. Best enjoyed after half an hour out of the fridge.

Manchego is a very versatile pairing and can be paired with fruits, nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts, crackers, crusty bread, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, fig spread or lightly drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. An aged Manchego can be eaten on its own, if you enjoy its complex flavor.
