This ‘heat and eat’ Fondue is made with carefully selected Normandy cheeses (Camembert, Pont l’Eveque PDO and Livarot PDO), chosen by the Master Cheesemaker at Isigny Sainte-Mere. This delicious cheese combination is made even more so with an added splash of the local apple brandy known as ‘Calvados AOC’- another speciality of the region.

Ingredients    

water, skimmed milk, Pont-évêque A.O.P, butter, livarot A.O.P, Norman cider, cast iron salts (11331, E452), Calvados A.O, C., Milk proteins (E1422).
