Raclette Slices 400g
Raclette is a firm salted cheese made from cow's milk. The cheese originated in the Swiss canton of Valais, but is today also produced in the French regions of Savoie and Franche-Comté. The cheese comes in to its own when heated and the full nutty, sweet and slightly fruity aroma is intensified, combined with the molten texture it makes a delicious winter meal.
Pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, rocou, preservatives E235.
Melt the cheese in a raclette grill and pour it over potatoes with cold cuts. The raclette allows you to spend a very convivial moment to share with your family and friends while having a great meal.
